HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38472 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not disposing of the representations dated 22.06.2018 and 07.08.2018, filed by the petitioners under Section 450 of GHMC Act, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representations made by the petitioners on 22.06.2018 and 07.08.2018 to the Commissioner, GHMC, Tankbund, Hyderabad, may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law.

4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that if the applications are made and if they are still pending consideration, the authorities would deal with the same, in accordance with law. 5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to deal with the representations dated 22.06.2018 and 07.08.2018, if they are made and are still pending consideration before him relating to revocation and cancellation of permit No.2/C2007486/18 in file No.17245, dated 30.04.2018, as

early as possible, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned, including the unofficial respondents herein. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
