Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach 2nd respondent for No Objection Certificate to sell the land assigned to him as provided in G.O.Ms.No.307 Revenue (Assignments-I) Department dt.06-06-2013.

Giving liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
