Sri S. Vijay Prashanth, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case, having filed a letter, dated 28.11.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the revision petitioner intends to withdraw the revision case as the main M.C itself was disposed of. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision case, stand closed.
