Vakiti Linga Reddy v. The State Of Telangana
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38340 OF 2018 ORDER :
The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the application of the petitioner the 4th respondent issued show cause notice dated 31.07.2018 to the 5th respondent. But, as on today, no further action is being taken against the 5th respondent in pursuance to the said notice. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the direction sought by the petitioner is to take further steps in pursuance to the show cause notice issued to the 5th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take further action against the 5th respondent in pursuance to the notice dated 31.07.2018, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties and after considering their claims, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 24.10.2018 t k.
