HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15198 OF 2015 ORDER:

After filing of the writ petition, petitioners were issued show-cause notice in Rc.No.728/2013/A3/Zone-III dated 06.06.2015 calling upon the petitioners to submit the explanation for assessment of the property tax. 2 . Since the show-notice was issued, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners will submit due explanation to the above show-cause notice and in view of the subsequent developments, cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Having regard to the same, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO
