HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8579 OF 2002 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is challenging the orders of termination issued by the 2nd respondent and this Writ Petition was dismissed for default against the 2nd and 3rd respondents vide orders dated 18.08.2010 and thereafter the petitioner has not taken any steps to restore the Writ Petitioners against 2nd and 3rd respondents.

In the absence of 2nd and 3rd respondents, this matter cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
