Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 01-03-2013, in WPMP.No.46949 of 2012 in WP.No.37002 of 2012, by the respondents.

This Contempt Case, in my opinion, is wholly misconceived for the reason that, by the aforesaid

order, this Court has only granted an innocuous interim direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation for payment of interest while making a vital observation that the said direction shall not be understood as this Court expressing any opinion on the petitioner's entitlement.

In compliance with the said direction, respondent No.2 is stated to have recommended to respondent No.1 to sanction certain amounts vide his letters, dated 21-10-2014, and 25-11-2014. In view of this action taken by respondent No.2, I do not find any merit in this Contempt Case.

Hence, this Contempt Case is dismissed.
