This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioner/A-1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.855 of 2018 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354(D) and 506 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 2nd respondent - State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press upon the other grounds mentioned in the Petition and he only seeks that a direction be given to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before affecting the arrest of the petitioner.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before affecting the arrest of the petitioner/A-1.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
