Heard.
In this writ petition, the petitioner complains that his application made before the 2nd respondent for issuance of passport is not being considered and he has taken objection to modify his name as per SSC. The said endorsement under Ex.P-1 is questioned. Smt.Anjali Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government representing respondents 1 and 2 had taken notice and obtained instructions, which state as follows:- "Please refer to your mail regarding issuance of passport to Sri Raghunandan Bhattad. It is to submit that the petitioner has applied for passport vide file No.HY 1069079081316 dated 21-01-2016 and the application has been processed as per the applicants request and passport bearing No.N7827370 dated 17-02-2016 was issued and passport was dispatched on 17-02-2016 to the applicant."
In view of above, therefore, nothing survives for consideration. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by any of the entries in the passport, he is at liberty to agitate the said aspect separately in an appropriate legal proceedings.
