HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.11254 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1072 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.52 of 2012 of Cyber Crime Police Station, CID, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 509 IPC and Sections 66 r/w 43(a), 66-A, C, E & 67 of Information Technology Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably through elders to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.1072 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
