Sri K. Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 24.04.2016 to the registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to his clients to avail appropriate alternative remedies. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.
