- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3143 OF 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 16.01.2014 and 25.01.2014 for extension of permission for extraction of sand in Sy.No.1, Malai to an extent of Ac.3-26 guntas, Wajidnagar Village, Bichkunda Mandal, Nizamabad District, is not acted upon. 2.

This Court by order dated 21.02.2014 directed consideration of representation, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of said order.

Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that subsequently, there is change of policy and extraction of sand is now entrusted exclusively to the Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation and orders to this extent are issued in G.O.Ms.No.54 dated 21.08.2015.

In view thereof, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
