THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.6215 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.165 of 2018 in i.a.No.1092 of 2015 in O.S.No.362 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, at Nalgonda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
