Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed an Online application dt.17-12-2015 and also representations dt.28-03-2016, 24-03-2016, 21-02-2016 and 25-01-2016 to 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and that 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

3. Learned Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representations in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representations dt.28-03-2016, 24-03-2016, 21-02-2016 and 25-01-2016 in

accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
