THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.633 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 29.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13957 of 2014.

Today, Review W.P.M.P.No.34261 of 2015 in W.P.No.13957 of 2014 filed by the State is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is violation of the directions issued by this Court, more so such violation cannot be said as deliberate and willful warranting initiation of contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. 3.

The Contempt case is accordingly closed.
