Heard Sri S. Appadhara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents and the learned Public Prosecutor.

This transfer petition is moved by the husband of the 2nd respondent herein seeking transfer of C.C.No.97 of 2013 filed by her, pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class -cum- Special Mobile Court, Vizianagaram, to Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Visakhapatnam. After considering the rival submissions for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who received instructions in the matter, would submit that in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place, he is instructed not press this petition and seek its dismissal.
