ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners has addressed a letter to the Registry dated 25.02.2015 stating that he has instructions from the petitioner

to withdraw the writ petition and as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the request for withdrawal was made as the affidavit is required to be corrected and drafted appropriately and liberty to file fresh writ petition is sought for. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
