This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/A-1 to A-3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.196 of 2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, Marredpally Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(Va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 (for short, 'the Act of 2015').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent - State, and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant.

The petitioners herein, who are Accused Nos.1 to 3, along with the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant, are present before this Court and, they are identified by their respective counsel; the 2nd respondent - de-facto complainant fairly admits that the matter is compromised with the petitioners. 4.
Hence, in view of the above, this Court opines that there is no necessity for continuation of any further proceedings against the petitioners. 5.
Accordingly, with the above observation, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all further proceedings against the Petitioners/A-1 to A-3 in Crime No.196 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Marredpally Police Station, Hyderabad City, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
