HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 3 8 3 5 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, dated 29.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "On a complaint lodged by the petitioner herein with the Police of KPHB Police Station, a case in Cr.No.800/ 2018 under Sections 341, 323 and 506 I.P.C., dated 27.08.2018, was registered against Mr.Sisters of Complaints mother in law and taken up the investigation into the case.

The sum and substance of the complaint is that the complainant's wife by name P.Prathima was missing on 12.08.2018 due to which he was going to file the complaint mean time while upon reaching the junction of Phase 1 KPHB Colony near to his home the accused who was sister of his mother-in-law was obstruct the complainant vehicle and abused the complainant and his family members in vulgar language and she caught the complainant collar, beaten him with hands and pressed his neck and threatened the complainant and his family members. During the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer examined as many as six witnesses and recorded their detailed statements. Almost the investigation is completed. Appropriate report under Sections 173 Cr.P.C., will be filed within a month from today.

It is pertinent to submit that the averments made in the affidavit are the subject matter of

investigation in Cr.No.800/ 2017, for which, a detailed investigation is almost completed.

I assure to this Hon'ble Court that the investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible and an appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Hon'ble Court within a month from today.

Under the above facts and circumstances, I pray this Hon'ble Court to grant one month time to the investigating agency for completion of the fullfledged investigation into the case and to pass appropriate orders, as it may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, dated 29.10.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-police authorities to complete the investigation and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, as stated in the written instructions.
