THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8849 of 2016 ORDER:

In the light of the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1802 of 2016 upon concession, it is not open to the mining authorities to raise an objection to the use of machinery only by the petitioners in this case for transporting the stock of excavated mineral in accordance with the order dated 07.09.2015 passed by the National Greeen Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai. The writ petition is accordingly allowed. The mining authorities shall not interfere with the activities of the petitioners in removing the excavated Silica sand in accordance with the order dated 07.09.2015 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai.
