THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 4895 of 2016 ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner complains that in spite of his representation dated 15.10.2015 the fourth respondent is not taking up petitioner's request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-38 guntas in Survey Nos.575, 576 and 577 at Gowdelly Village, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
3. Apparently, petitioner has made a representation on 15.10.2015 before the fourth respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.
4. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
