THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1570 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner herein is the plaintiff in O.S. No.37 of 2005 and the petitioner in I.A. No.816 of 2014. The petition in I.A. No.816 of 2014 is filed to reopen the case for the purpose of marking two documents. Civil Revision Petition No.1427 of 2015 was filed, under Order VII Rule 14(3) CPC, against the order passed in I.A. No.818 of 2014 in O.S.No.37 of for marking of these two documents.

C.R.P.No.1427 of 2015 has been dismissed by the order of this Court dated 17.07.2015. Consequently this Civil Revision Petition filed, against the order passed by the Court below in I.A. No.816 of 2014 dated 13.02.2015 refusing to reopen the suit to have these documents marked, must also fail.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
