HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.29418 OF 2016 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioner institution is aggrieved by the refusal of the University to grant affiliation for M.B.A course for the current academic year. As per the impugned order, there was one faculty shortage and no Doctorate degree holder. Mr. Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner institution pointed out that there was a candidate by name T. Durga Prasad, who is a Doctorate degree holder. But, it appears that he did his M.B.A and Ph.D in the reverse order. In other words after completing M.Com, he obtained Ph.D degree thereafter and said M.B.A subsequently. Therefore, the non consideration of his case as a qualified not by the University is perfectly in order.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
