Petitioner had applied to the 4th respondent on 11.07.2014 and 24.12.2015 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject land in his favour, but no action has been taken by the 4th respondent on the said applications till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider and pass orders on the said applications within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dt.11.07.2014 and 24.12.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
