This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.243 of 2013 on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 (i) (x) of SCs and STs ( POA) Act.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed Final Report on 31.01.2015 before the concerned court.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
