Learned counsel for the petitioner states that along with this Criminal Petition he filed an application to dispense with the original certified copy of the complaint and that since the certified copy of the said document is now made available in Criminal Petition No. 1315 of 2015 and therefore, this Criminal Petition would not be persuade.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue Criminal Petition No. 1315 of 2015, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
