HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 40014 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are all residents and agricultural coolies of Daggubadu Village, Karamchedu Mandal, Prakasham District and they were identified as eligible persons for grant of house site pattas by the 4th respondent and accordingly, the respondents acquired the lands to an extent of Ac.0.41 1⁄2 cents, Ac.0.85 cents and Ac.1.26 1⁄2 covered by Sy.Nos.165/6A and 165/7 of same Village for allotment to the petitioners. While so, the 4th respondent cancelled the list of eligible beneficiaries vide proceedings dated 29.09.2015. Objecting the same, the petitioners made representations on 02.08.2016 and 16.08.2016 before the 4th respondent requesting for grant of house site pattas in their favour. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the representations made by the petitioners before the concerned authority are pending, it is for the concerned authority to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 16.08.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 17.01.2017 dv
