Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer of D. Kondapuram Village, Rayadurg Mandal, Anantapur District. While so, a show cause notice was issued by the 4th respondent on 30.07.2014 levelling six charges and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 14.08.2014. Thereafter, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended by proceedings dated 14.08.2014. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In view of pendency of the case before the 4th respondent for the last ten months, this Court is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to dispose of the case pending, pursuant to the show cause notice dated 30.07.2014 within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order by considering the explanation filed by the petitioner and giving due opportunity to him during the course of enquiry.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 25th June, 2015 cbs
