HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11222 OF 2014 ORDER:

Petitioners/A.1 to A.6 seek for quashing of proceedings in S.C.No.647 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kadiri, Anantapur District.

The police of Kadiri Town P.S filed charge sheet against the accused for the offences under Sections 147, 498-A, 324, 307 r/w 149 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

A perusal of the charge sheet reveals a prima facie accusation against all the accused. Hence, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
