When the matter reached for hearing, one of the colleague appearing for Sri M.V. Rajaraam, requested to pass over the matter.

Acceding to the request, though the matter was passed over and taken up at 03:24 p.m, but, none appeared despite listing the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non-prosecution at 03:24 p.m.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
