It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders, dated 08-06-2016 in WP.No.8609 of 2016. The same is not disputed by the counsel representing Advocate General on behalf of all the respondents.

In view of undertaking given on behalf of Advocate General, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner, till passing of rehabilitation award in pursuance to the petitioner's application, dated 24-06-2016.
