This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 265 of 2016 of Khammam I-Town Police Station, Khammam district, registered for the offences under section 3 [1] [r] [s] [2] [Va] of Amendment Act, 2015 and No.1 of 2016 of SCs/STs Act.

2. Sri P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A-1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
