This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order, dt.09.02.2016 in I.A.No.89 of 2016 in O.S.No.113 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

Mr.B.Vijansen Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that his clients would withdraw I.A.No.89 of 2016 in O.S.No.113 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, out of which, this Revision arises.

Having regard to the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The order, dt.09.02.2016 in I.A.No.89 of 2016 in O.S.No.113 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, is set aside and the said I.A.No.89 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
