THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.2640 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for respondents and with their consent this C.R.P. is disposed of at the admission stage.

2) This CRP is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff aggrieved by the order dt.10.02.2016 in I.A.No.229 of 2015 in O.S.No.193 of 2015 whereby the trial Court vacated the interim injunction granted earlier in favour of petitioner/plaintiff.

3) In the result, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of four(4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass appropriate orders on merits. Both the parties are directed to cooperate with the trial Court in completing the trial. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
