THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3196 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the plaintiffs assailing the order dated 07.06.2013 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, passed in IA.no.43 of 2013 in OS.No.358 of 2011 filed by the defendant under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, requesting to add the 2nd respondent therein as party 2nd defendant in the suit and for consequential amendment. The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 03.08.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
