ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that respondent No.1 has not been constituting the Endowments Tribunal for the State of Telangana by appointing a Chairman and a Member. The grievance raised in this writ petition is similar to that raised in W.P.No.39427 of 2015, wherein this Court has directed the Principal Secretary of respondent No.1 to file an affidavit indicating timeline within which the Tribunal will be constituted. Accordingly, in that writ petition, Mr. N. Siva Sankar, holding Full Additional Charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments) Department, has filed an affidavit sworn to on 08.12.

2015, wherein it was inter alia mentioned that a proposal has already been moved to the competent authority in the Government for appointment of Chairman and Member of the Endowments Tribunal, that the matter is under active consideration of the Government and that the Court may grant eight weeks' time for finalization and issue of orders of appointment of Chairman and Member of the Tribunal. In the light of this affidavit, which shall form part of the record of the present writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of grating the respondents eight weeks' time from today, for completing the process by appointing Chairman and Member of the Telangana State Endowments Tribunal. Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.

51945 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
