THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25935 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.87, Dharmavaram Town, Anantapur District. While so, the third respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner on 20.05.2015 based on the report of the fourth respondent alleging certain irregularities. The petitioner submitted his explanation. Thereafter, third respondent passed an order on 24.07.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending further

enquiry. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the pending enquiry or comment on the merits of the case at this stage.

Since the enquiry is pending before the third respondent, the third respondent shall conduct the enquiry in accordance with law by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
