THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2457 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 08.07.2016, passed by this Court in WPMP.No.26919 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.21915 of 2016. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the said Writ Petition, the respondents filed a counter-affidavit asserting that travel of heavy vehicles on the Village CC road would result in damage of the road as the said road is not suitable for transportation of heavy vehicles with the load of 5 tons and above.

In the light of the above, this Court finds no violation on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand dismissed.
