Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.11022, Bonakal Village and Mandal, Khammam District and not allowing the petitioner to distribute the balance stock even though her authorization is in force.

3. Now the learned Government Pleader produced before this Court an order passed by the second respondent suspending the authorization of the petitioner on 23.10.2015.

4. In view of the said order, no relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition and accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ______________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J Date: 28.10.2015 TJMR
