ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.05.2015, for sanctioning drainage and water connections in Bharath Nagar, Musheerabad, as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the record shows that the cause title pertaining to Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (for short 'the Board') is inherently defective, in that, apart from there being variation in the description of the said Board between respondent Nos.2 and 3, the Board itself is not impleaded as a party. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper description of the proposed respondents.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.54602 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
