O R D E R

Heard both the counsel.

Aggrieved by the order and decree dated 20.7.2015 in I.A.No.297/2015 in O.S.No.1658/2012 in dismissing the application filed by the defendant in the suit to send for certain documents in O.S.No.64/2002 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, for send the same for comparison with the disputed signature on Ex.A1 suit promissory note, the present revision is filed. The suit has been filed for recovery of amount based on a promissory note. The trial is completed and the arguments of the plaintiff are also completed and the suit is coming up for the arguments of behalf of the defendant and at that stage, the present application is filed. The defendant also filed I.A.No.298/2015 in O.S.No.1658/2012 to send the disputed signature to an expert for comparison with admitted signatures. By order and decree dated 20.7.2015 the trial court dismissed the same. Revision filed by the defendant in C.R.P.No.3979/2015 against the order of dismissal has been dismissed today i.e., 24.11.2015 and hence the present revision is also dismissed. No costs.
