HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.663 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.92 of 2005 from the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to the file of VI Metropolitan Sessions Judge cum XX Additional Chief Judge, Fast Track Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to try along with O.S.No.72 of 2009 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition before appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date:06.07.2015.
