HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.38420 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 and 3 on the application No.VZG1001-4799215, dated 25-12-2017 filed by the petitioner under G.O.Ms.No.388 Revenue (Assn.II) Department, dated 24-082017 for regularization of her residential premises bearing H.No.65-6-407, Mulagada Housing colony, Ward No.47, Zone IV, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue seeks time for getting instructions as to whether the application made by the petitioner is pending or disposed of. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
