THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.342 of 2015 In Crl.P.No.351 of 2015 And Crl.P.No.351 of 2015 ORDER :

This application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.346 of 2006 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Crl.P.M.P.No.342 of 2015 is filed in this Criminal Petition to allow this Criminal Petition in view of the compromise between petitioner and 1st respondent.

Affidavit has been filed by petitioner stating that he and 1st respondent, due to intervention of elders and wellwishers, have settled the matter amicably outside court; and that in view of the said settlement, the 1st respondent had agreed to withdraw her complaint and not to prosecute petitioner.

4. A joint Memo was also filed by both parties signed by respective Advocates to the effect that the matter has been settled outside the court.

The petitioner and 1st respondent are both present in the Court. The 1st respondent has stated categorically that she and petitioner are living together since the matter has been compromised out-of-Court, and that there was no coercion in this regard by petitioner. 6.

In view of the above, it is clear that no purpose would be served by allowing prosecution of petitioner and it would be in the interest of justice to quash the C.C.No.346 of 2006 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad filed by 1st respondent against petitioner.

In this view of the matter, to secure the ends of justice and to prevent abuse of process of Court, this Crl.P.M.P.No.342 of 2015 as well as Crl.P.No.351 of 2015 are both allowed.

In view of the above, no orders are required in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.341 and 343 of 2015. No order as to costs. 9.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
