HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE Ms. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI L.A.A.S.Nos.22, 150, 244 and 542 of 2013 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Learned Government Pleader for Appeals appearing for the appellant in these cases and Sri G. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri K. Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents/claimants herein, would fairly state that the issue arising for consideration in these appeals stands settled by the judgment of this Court dated 07.04.2016 in L.A.A.S.No.213 of 2013, which was subsequently followed in L.A.A.S.No.107 of 2014 and batch.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated judgment and in terms thereof, these appeals are allowed in part modifying the orders of the Reference Court by substituting the enhancement component in relation to structures/buildings at 80% instead of 90% as ordered by the Reference Court. The rest of the benefits in the orders of the Reference Court shall remain untouched. We also make the orders issued by the State vide G.O.Rt.No.101, Irrigation & CAD (Projects WingL.A.IV-R.R-II) Department, dated 20.02.2006, a part of this common judgment.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
