ORDER:

Petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.23, Kalayakagollu village,

Buchireddipalem Mandal, SPSR Nellore District was inspected on 13.12.2014 and on finding certain irregularities, his authorization was suspended by orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 23.12.2014 pending enquiry.

2. Petitioner states that he has already submitted explanation on 02.01.2015 explaining each and every charge and pointing out that there are no irregularities and that he has been running the fair price shop for the last three years without giving any scope for any irregularity. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that no orders are passed by respondent No.4 in spite of petitioner submitting his explanation.

3. Since petitioner's authorization is temporarily suspended pending enquiry, it is for respondent No.4 to consider the explanation of the petitioner and satisfy himself that the irregularities alleged against the petitioner do not warrant continuation of suspension.

In the circumstances, respondent No.4 is directed to take into consideration the aforesaid aspects and pass appropriate orders on the explanation of the petitioner, preferably, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
