HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 688 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed after hearing both sides.

Having regard to the prima facie case made out against the accused in FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the request of the counsel for petitioners, the petitioners/A1 to A6 are directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Korutla, Karimnagar District on or before 25.2.2015 and seek bail and if they do so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on the same day on merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
