THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35827 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petitioner in this writ petition has questioned the proceedings dt.21.10.2015 asking the petitioner to show cause why her fair price shop authorization should not be cancelled on the basis of some irregularities mentioned in the said show cause notice and simultaneously suspending the petitioner's authorization.

2. Although counsel for the petitioner seeks to contend that the charge mentioned in the show cause notice is a false charge, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the issue. The petitioner shall submit her explanation to the impugned show cause notice-cumsuspension order dt.21.10.2015 within two weeks from today and within six (06) from the date of receipt of the said explanation, the 2nd respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
