Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Bank that there were no bidders in the auction and hence the auction got cancelled. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is closed. However, as and when fresh steps are taken, it is open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
