THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36085 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner in this writ petition has questioned an order dt.07.10.2015 of the 4th respondent suspending his fair price authorization on a prima facie view that the six charges mentioned in the show cause notice dt.14.09.2015 appears to be correct.

2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing respondents 1 to 5.

3. It is not disputed that a show cause notice dt.14.09.2015 had been issued to the petitioner enumerating six charges and an explanation dt.01.10.2015 had also been furnished by the petitioner to the said show cause notice.

4 Having regard to these facts, I deem it expedient to direct the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry into the charges mentioned in the show cause notice dt.14.09.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The suspension order dt.07.10.2015 passed by the 4th respondent shall be subject to the order which he will pass after enquiry.

5 With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
